3/22/2016 – OKC, OK — A man and a woman from Texas have been charged in Oklahoma County with crimes related to pimping and prostitution in Oklahoma City.
According to recently filed court records, Rachel Crystal Finney was charged with felony computer crimes, possession of proceeds from prostitution, possession of meth, possession of marijuana and offering to engage in prostitution.
Paul Chinedu Okpulor was charged with aiding and abetting prostitution and possession of meth.
Finney, 23, is listed as residing in the 7100 block of Rendon New Hope in Fort Worth, TX.
Okpulor, 23, lists his home address in the 12600 block of Katie Lane in Balch Springs, TX.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed in this case, Finney was arrested first after an undercover officer responded to her ad for prostitution posted to Backpage.com and was directed to come to room 319 at the La Quinta Inn located at 4829 NW Expressway.
When the undercover officer arrived, Finney agreed to provide sexual intercourse in exchange for $200.
Police later located over $2,000 in a dresser drawer, along with methamphetamine and marijuana.
While officers were processing Finney they located hotel room receipts implicating Okpulor as renting the room Finney was prostituting out of and another room he was later located hiding in.
After locating Okpulor, officers reported finding a small baggie containing meth. on top of a dresser in his hotel room.
Finney and Okpulor were both booked into the Oklahoma County Jail.
Online records show Okpulor has prior arrests for theft, forgery, engaging in organized criminal activity, and fraud.
Finley shows to have prior arrests for drug possession, bond forfeiture and probation violations.
